After completing my cancer treatments in 2017, I started taking Zoladex and an aromatase inhibitor for hormonal blocking therapy. Let me tell you, this combination threw me straight into menopause at the age of 33! And it came with a load of symptoms: difficulty focusing, constant fatigue, bothersome hot flashes, joint pain, bloating, low libido, and the list goes on. I tried reaching out to doctors for help, but in the end, I took matters into my own hands and made some serious improvements. Fast forward a few months, my menopause symptoms were almost all gone! Now, as a certified integrative nutrition and health coach, I've been helping many breast cancer survivors like you struggling with hormonal blockers to feel better. And now, it's your turn! Yes! Although I teach specific protocols for people using hormonal blockers, many of the tools you'll learn apply to natural menopause as well. There will be some modification and personalized advice for those experiencing menopause symptoms without hormonal blockers.
You can absolutely start now! This is something I wish I could have known and prepared for. I have worked with a few clients who started these protocols before beginning hormonal blockers, and the results were amazing. They didn't experience noticeable side effects.
